BACKGROUND
Ten-X is the nation’s leading online real estate transaction marketplace. Leveraging desktop and mobile technology, Ten-X allows people to safely and easily complete real estate transactions online. The company brings quality assets to the market and attracts prospective buyers from around the world. By virtue of its best-in-class marketing and scalable technology platform, buyers and sellers are able to conduct transactions in a transparent, efficient manner.

CHALLENGE
Ten-X was formally Auction.com. Rebranded as Ten-X in 2016, repositioning Auction.com as a sub-brand, while also launching Ten-X Homes and Ten-X Commercial. Critical time for the parent brand (Ten-X) to define each sub-brand’s promise, corporate tone, and overall company voice.

SOLUTION
Developed the new brand voice/tone for both Ten-X Homes and Auction.com. Move-in ready homes channel through Ten-X Homes, the sale of bank-owned and foreclosure properties through Auction.com. Both brands cross like audiences and target markets, so they share the same personality traits—smart, engaging, helpful and trustworthy.
