Kia — Web Training Course

Description

BACKGROUND
Kia Motors, headquartered in Seoul, is South Korea’s second-largest automobile manufacturer — following the Hyundai Motor Company — with sales of over 2.72 million vehicles in 2012. Kia Motors entered the ranks of the world’s top 100 global brands according to Interbrand’s Top 100 Best Global Brands list, debuting in 87th place with brand value of $4.1 billion.

CHALLENGE
Communicate the top features and benefits of the 2014 Cadenza to dealership consultants and
managers. Create a 35-minute Web Training Course that educates Kia Service & Parts professionals on the characteristics and demands of premium luxury customers, highlights the features that set Kia Cadenza apart, and speaks to the competitive advantages over key competitors.

SOLUTION
Through an interactive click-through narrative, users can learn all about Cadenza’s features and benefits. The course is designed to provide vital product information, and each section is capped off with a short video, modeling a presentation of a key story in that area of the vehicle. The manuscript was carefully crafted, for this flagship sedan represents Kia’s most technologically advanced vehicle ever sold in the U.S., marking a new era for the brand and the company’s entrance into the premium-car segment.
