CLIENT
CareCredit, a division of GE Capital, provides supplemental consumer healthcare financing for Dental, Veterinarian, Cosmetic, Vision, Hearing and Chiropractic services through a network of over 140,000 small and medium practices nationwide.

CHALLENGE
Drive card re-usage through an integrated marketing campaign that clearly communicates the CareCredit story, card applications and terms. Pique consumer interest and drive card users to the CareCredit website for more information.

SOLUTION
Recipients were engaged through the use of variable imagery served based on their previous card usages, creating a highly relevant and emotional connection with the cardholder. Bright colors and clean design drove top-of-mind awareness providing consumers with a clear understanding of the features, benefits and financial terms of CareCredit. Card usage soared after the campaign launched garnering a robust return on investment, and a unique space in each cardholder’s heart.
